The Brief
The exterior of this traditional property had become weathered over time, with extensive ivy growth, algae staining and general surface deterioration affecting its appearance. The objective was to restore the exterior through careful preparation, thorough cleaning and high-quality decoration while preserving the character of the property.

Preparing the exterior
Ivy was carefully removed from the walls and minor masonry repairs completed where needed. Surfaces were cleaned and prepared, with algae and organic growth treated using a professional fungicidal wash before painting.
Exterior Decoration
A durable, even finish
High-quality exterior masonry paint was applied to provide an even, durable finish. Shutters, rainwater goods and surrounding features were carefully protected throughout the work to ensure a clean, professional result.
